All sales are final for TCAA Brand Management Services. There is no refund for services.

TCAA Brand Management Services are made available upon successful payment by Talent. Talent acknowledges and agrees that the services provided by TCAA are front-loaded in terms of access to our proprietary intellectual property and materials, as well as access to our world-class brand management framework, recommended practices, events, and certified coaches, all of which are exclusive to our program.

In the event of Talent’s withdrawal or termination of brand management services for any reason whatsoever, Talent will remain fully responsible for all payments due and payable.

Representation

After the potential Talent completes the Brand Management Services package and/or meets the Agency’s brand assets standards, the Talent then may qualify to receive representation services. A professional review of a submitted discovery questionnaire and eligibility verification meeting with members of the TCAA leadership team must occur before approval.

Representation is an entirely separate agreement from the TCAA Brand Management Services. For that reason, one service does not challenge the other.

TCAA enforces a strict no-refund policy.
